As a nurse, joining the Walk4PH in 2024 was more than just participating in an event—it was a meaningful opportunity to stand in solidarity with patients living with Pulmonary Hypertension. I joined the walk because awareness is the first step toward early diagnosis, better care, and improved outcomes for those affected.
Walking alongside colleagues, patients, and supporters reminded me that healthcare extends beyond the hospital walls. It is about advocacy, education, and giving a voice to conditions that are often overlooked.
Pulmonary Hypertension awareness matters deeply to me because every step we take brings hope, support, and visibility to those battling this challenging condition. I am proud to be part of this movement and look forward to an even greater impact in this year’s walk.
Together, our steps create awareness, and awareness can save lives. 💙
