Walk4PH is a programme of Cardiac Community Advocacy and Support Initiative (CCASI). We walk every year to raise awareness of Pulmonary Hypertension and commemorate World Pulmonary Hypertension Day — a deadly, misunderstood disease that remains largely unknown in Nigeria. We also raise funds for our PH Drug Aid initiative, helping patients access medication they cannot afford.
