WHO WE ARE
Nigeria's Only Walk for Pulmonary Hypertension
Walk4PH is a programme of Cardiac Community Advocacy and Support Initiative (CCASI). We walk every year on World PH Day to raise awareness of Pulmonary Hypertension, a deadly misunderstood disease that remains largely unknown in Nigeria. We also raise funds for our PH Drug Aid initiative, helping patients access medication they cannot afford.

Bosentan is an ERA — an Endothelin Receptor Antagonist. In plain terms, it is a tablet that helps relax and widen the blood vessels in the lungs, making it easier for the heart to pump blood and allowing PH patients to breathe and live more comfortably. It is one of the most important medicines for treating Pulmonary Hypertension.
Many Nigerians living with PH cannot afford this treatment. Your donation goes directly to funding this medication for patients who can’t afford it on their own.

Pulmonary Hypertension is a deadly disease that most Nigerians have never heard of. That is exactly why what you do next matters more than you know.
When you partner with Walk4PH, you are not just attaching your name to an event. You are becoming a pioneer. You are choosing to stand in the gap for thousands of Nigerians living in silence with a condition that the world has largely ignored. You are using your platform to shine a light where there has been none — and that is the kind of impact that outlasts any campaign or activation.
This is your chance to be the organisation that helped change the story of PH in Nigeria. To make history alongside a movement that is growing, a community that is fighting, and patients who simply need someone to show up for them. Be that organisation. Be the light.
You are more than a sponsor. You are a pioneer.
