Every Naira

Brings Someone

Closer to Breath.

Pulmonary Hypertension is a serious, life-limiting disease — and for most Nigerians living with it, the medication that could improve their quality of life is simply out of reach. Your donation changes that. Directly. No overhead. Just help.

100% of every donation funds medication for PH patients in Nigeria.

WHY YOUR DONATION MATTERS

What Is Bosentan — And Why Can't Our Patients Afford It?

Several medications are available in Nigeria to treat Pulmonary Hypertension. Bosentan is an ERA (Endothelin Receptor Antagonist) — a tablet that relaxes and widens the blood vessels in the lungs, making it easier for the heart to pump blood. Sildenafil works similarly by relaxing the pulmonary blood vessels and improving blood flow. Tadalafil is another option in the same family. Together, these medications can significantly improve a patient’s quality of life — helping them breathe better, move more freely, and live more fully.

Despite being available, the cost of these medications is far beyond what most Nigerians living with PH can afford. Many are forced to reduce doses, skip months, or go without entirely — with serious consequences for their health.

Your donation goes directly to funding this medication for patients who have run out of options.

THE REALITY FOR PH PATIENTS IN NIGERIA

Medication is expensive

Very few have health insurance

The vast majority of Nigerians living with PH have no health insurance to help cover the cost of their medication
